How Would $20,000 Help CARFAC National?

Here are just a few of the many ways we could put a $20,000 donation to use:

  • Supplement our NEW CARFAC Emergency Fund campaign to support artists in
    Canada with post-COVID-19 work relief
  • Provide artists in their region with access to tools and resources that support
them – access to webinars, publications, regional discounts (depends
    on the province)
  • Sponsor membership for individual or artist couples in need
  • And so much more!

Support of any kind is much appreciated – whether it be by donating or simply sharing our message with your friends! Together, we can continue to help artists across Canada survive and thrive in these challenging times.  Click the Challenge buttons to make a donation,  or you can also show your support by giving us a shout-out on social media using the hashtag #GivingChallengeCA and tagging us: @Carfacnational !

About the CARFAC Emergency Relief Fund

With so much uncertainty and concern surrounding the recent novel coronavirus, it’s easy to feel helpless—but there is something we can all do to help the fight against it. Aside from keeping safe and following guidelines from medical experts, we can all do our part to get help to people that have been affected.

This is an incredibly difficult time for many and there are many worthy causes to support right now. Thousands of artists in Canada have suddenly and unexpectedly lost contracts or their jobs due to cancelled gigs and exhibitions at home and abroad.  CARFAC welcomes those who have the interest and means to support artists in this time of great need, so they may continue to lift our spirits and to create, as we move forward.

By fundraising for coronavirus relief efforts, we can all do our part and provide much-needed support and aid, especially those who may not be able to access other benefits and support. With your support, we can help artists who need vital support for themselves and their families through this new threat.
