We regret to announce the shutdown of Imprimo, effective September 1st, 2024. Despite a dedicated community of artists, Imprimo couldn’t gain the traction needed to continue. This decision deeply affects CARFAC members who have invested significant time in building artist profiles and artwork records.
To ease the transition, Imprimo has created features for subscribers to download artwork records and images. Downloads must be completed by September 1st, 2024.
Important dates and information regarding Imprimo’s closure:
- As of July 19th, subscribers will no longer be charged for your access to Imprimo.
- Monthly subscribers will be refunded for any purchase after July.
- Any annual subscriptions purchased will be prorated based on the subscription duration used before July 30th, and refunded for the remaining months.
- All data must be extracted before September 1st, 2024.
- Subscribers can access their profile until September 1st, 2024 at no cost.
- All customer data will be deleted from the platform on September 15th, 2024.
